Creek tribe had some issues as well. They were also living in Georgia and due to misguidance of their leaders they were supposed to leave Georgia as well. Their leader William McIntosh signed treaty with the Georgian government which allowed them to use various ways to exile Indians of Creek confederacy. The assassination of William McIntosh led to different situations and the Creeks accessed the President of America to oversee previous treaties as fraudulent and allow them to live peacefully in their lands. The president understood them and allowed to them to live under the Treaty of Washington but the situation was far more critical as the Georgian government was not into this treaty and they contacted army to overcome the Creeks. At this time president by the fear of civil war didn’t interfere with the situation and allowed the forceful exile of the Creeks. Most of them were moved to the Indian Territory but still around 20000 were left in Alabama (Prucha, 1984). However, the tribal laws were abolished in those areas and they were taken under by the federal law. Andrew Jackson allowed the Indians in the Alabama to either sell their land or move to the west and get funds or sell their land and live in Alabama under the federal laws. This again created a cumbersome situation as people tried to remove the Indians from their properties and in the army had to force them out to the west as well stating the overall ignorance of the rights of Indians (Anderson, 1991).

The story doesn’t end here as there were other tribes as well who were exiled to west with the greed of land. Many people died of hunger and in the results of fighting and there were no sympathy for them in all the America. Chickasaw were one of those as well but they received financial grants for their lands east of Mississippi. After 5 years of debacle the land was purchased and the Chickasaw tribe moved to west and all of them gathered at Memphis, Tennessee (Remini, 2001). After that they went towards the Indian Territory and soon merged themselves into the Choctaw nation and build their own single nation. Choctaw were also a civilized kind of Indian tribe which lived in Alabama, Louisiana and Mississippi and they were also under effect right from 1801 and were left of very less land under various treaties (Prucha, 1984). This made this tribe to voluntarily leave their areas and they moved top the west. The most important reason as stated in the history books reveal that Choctaw tribe realized that they are taken into various laws and the laws are designed against them. It is therefore better for them to live free with fewer resources rather than work out and die under the laws which don’t mean anything for them. This led to their removal in 1831 and they moved to the Indian Territory where they became more organized and civilized.
